"This review has been a long time coming! Mark, Julie and team have been our insurance agency for over a decade. Throughout this time, they have helped us through accidents, break downs and adding new drivers. There have been times that we have been stuck on the side of the road on a weekend, and Mark has been available to walk us through towing and getting us the quickest assistance. What I love most about them is that they have been very proactive in finding us the best rates and any discounts. When our daughter became a new driver, they let us know about all the different ways she could receive discounts through driver's education courses, good grades in schools and other avenues. Mark is always so genuine. Very recently, my daughter broke down on the side of the road on a Friday evening, Mark was available to handle my text. The first thing he asked was "Is she ok?" That tells me all I need to know about him :). If you are looking for an insurance agency that treats you like family- give Mark Anderson's team a call.
